Alas, Thanksgiving

We did Thanksgiving with Grammy and Pappa Mike this year. We tried and tried to get some photos of the kids but this was as close as they would get. I didn't think the cooties thing set in until elementary school. Okay, so they did get a little closer as long as someone was holding them.

A visit to San Diego too.

We took a trip to San Diego before Thanksgiving since we wouldn't be able to make the journey come the actual Turkey Day. Austin loved seeing the planes landing in Little Italy, it was quite a novelty for at least 30 minutes of the weekend. Morgan was a great little sleeper and eater as usual and even kicked out a few surplus smiles for us.

And of course the Dogs always enjoy to exotic locations for their multiple naps throughout the day.

Before Thanksgiving Miss Morgan got to meet Wee Z and Viv. These two boys were a match made in Heaven with the exception for the battle over the Search & Rescue Helicopter. Minor detail once their mom's got ahold of them.

We tried to take numerous pictures with the three kids but that was about as easy as trying to nail jello to a wall. Needless to say Zack and Austin were competing for cheesiness once the camera was brought out.

Pappa J and G-ma J just got inducted into the cutting horse hall of fame in Paso Robles this past weekend. This meant we got a night out of town with no babies.

Halloween 2008

Morgan went with the tradional pumpkin outfit this Halloween and we FORCED Austin to put on the Chango outfit this year. Who knew Mom was right when she said, " hey, if you dress like a Monkey people will shower you with candy" He loved it once he got it on, but it was HELL gettting it on. I think next year he is going to be all over this whole Halloween thing.

Austin Time

We took a trip to the local firehouse for their open house and A-Ross got this cool hat. We have had a hard time since then getting him to leave it at home, regardless of where we go. Can you make your feet clap?

You will notice the "talk to the hand" attitude. This is the reason we haven't had many pics of Austin lately.

MCG update

This is the reason Sunday's ROCK! I love our morning family time. Austin usually comes in first with his blankets and piwow (pillow) and we watch Handy Manny. Then about 7 Morgan is ready for a little morning snack so she wakes up and we all just hang out. I think we need to look into a King size bed though. We love bath time. I would have an equal amount of pictures of Austin but we are going through this phase of, " I don't wike pictures." So, I will take pictures of my sweet little girl until further notice.

Tia Andrea and Eric tied the knot this weekend in Lake Tahoe. They could not have asked for better weather for the weekend.
